This jumbo cookie took a lot of work to find the perfect balance of chocolate and mint but I was able to achieve it! Personally I think I should have named this cookie “Peppermint Mocha” because that’s exactly what this cookie tastes like lol If you are obsessed with mint and chocolate then this cookie recipe is for you!
